Kelm Power Systems in Kemah, TX

Serving Kemah

Kemah sits where Clear Lake meets Galveston Bay. Its bayfront location means many homes deal with salt air, wind and elevated construction.

Kelm Power Systems provides standby generator installation, service, maintenance and monitoring for homeowners in Kemah. We’re a local, family-run part of Kelm Home Services, based in Santa Fe, and the licenses behind the work are held by owner Clint Kelm: TECL #21849, TMEL #510665, RMPL #41051, RRC LP-Gas #EXE-0016376.

What to know about Kemah homes

• Salt air and wind are hard on outdoor equipment, so placement, mounting and regular maintenance are especially important here.
• Where flood exposure is a concern, we look at raising the generator on an elevated stand, as you can see in many of Kelm’s own install photos.
• Raised homes often need the generator on an elevated platform as well, with service access planned in.
