Kelm Power Systems in Pearland, TX

Serving Pearland

Pearland spans parts of Brazoria, Harris and Fort Bend counties along State Highway 288, with Clear Creek on its northern side and many newer master-planned neighborhoods.

Kelm Power Systems provides standby generator installation, service, maintenance and monitoring for homeowners in Pearland. We’re a local, family-run part of Kelm Home Services, based in Santa Fe, and the licenses behind the work are held by owner Clint Kelm: TECL #21849, TMEL #510665, RMPL #41051, RRC LP-Gas #EXE-0016376.

What to know about Pearland homes

• In newer subdivisions, HOA guidelines and lot clearances can affect where a generator can go. We plan placement with that in mind.
• Families who work from home or rely on powered medical equipment often choose whole-home coverage to keep life normal during outages.
• Where flood exposure is a concern, we look at raising the generator on an elevated stand, as you can see in many of Kelm’s own install photos.
